Artem Romanyukov, a graduate of UCU’s master’s program in Public Administration, is a civic activist, businessman-innovator, a co-founder of Mriya Production and the ecological initiative SaveEcoBot.
At the start of the full-scale war, he joined the Defense Forces of Ukraine and was company commander in the 15th separate artillery reconnaissance brigade Black Forest of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Artem took part in introducing the mobile app Rezerv+, and his next large-scale task is introducing an app for soldiers, Army+.
“We have a strong team in the IT sector of the Ministry of Defense– great, motivated people, many of whom fought in the war and understand well what’s needed. The ultimate task: a digital army instead of a paper one,” says Artem.
