Ukrainian Catholic University has set a very important goal for itself: to develop a new generation of leaders. One of the best ways to help with this important task is to support their students and fund a scholarship at any level of education. A scholarship can be donated in full or in multiple payments (quarterly or monthly).

  • Doctoral Scholarship: $7,000 funds a Ph.D. student tuition and stipend
  • Scholarship Plus: $5,500 funds a bachelor’s and master’s degree student’s full-year tuition and housing
  • Yearly Scholarship: $4,200 funds a bachelor’s and master’s degree student’s full-year tuition
  • Semester Scholarship: $2,100 funds a bachelor’s and master’s degree student one semester tuition

Communication between Benefactors and Recipients

Donors note that getting to know their scholarship recipient is the most gratifying part of being a scholarship donor.

Scholarship donors may personally present a symbolic scholarship certificate to scholarship recipients. A scholarship may also be named in someone’s honor.

Every September, donors have the opportunity to present their scholarship certificate at the new academic year opening celebrations. Then, in October, donors receive an official letter of notification from UCU regarding the student who received their scholarship as well as a personal letter from the recipient. Donors also have the option of meeting their scholarship recipients via a virtual meeting or in person. Finally, in June, the benefactors receive an end-of-year update from their recipients and UCU.
