Members of the Board of Directors of the Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation (UCEF) were joined by UCEF’s Advisory Committee and Friends of UCU (Ukrainian Catholic University) committees from throughout the USA last weekend in Washington, D.C. for important strategic discussions.
Participants heard about the latest developments at UCU, the vision for the future, and gave feedback on the next key steps necessary to grow the university and strengthen its historic mission.
Special thanks to Metropolitan Archbishop Borys Gudziak, President of UCU, and David Bennett, Vice-President for Development at Howard University, who shared their invaluable insights.
UCEF is deeply grateful to its many advisors, including former members of the Board of Directors and the organizers of the Friends of UCU Committees who traveled from Boston, New York, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Denver, Dallas, San Francisco, and southern California to share their perspectives. International participants from Lviv, Kyiv, and Toronto also shared their thoughts and ideas.
