Because of the difficult political situation in the neighboring country of Belarus, the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU) is trying to make it easier for students from Belarus to study at UCU in various ways.

Each Belarusian student can study at UCU on the same level as Ukrainian students, as opposed to current conditions for foreigners. In particular, this means that the cost of education for students from Belarus will be lower than that for foreigners. It will be set at the same cost as for Ukrainian students.

All questions relating to academic differences, transferring credits, lodging, and tuition will be considered on an individual basis.

UCU is prepared to accept students for 2 or 3 years for study in the following programs:  theology, history, culture studies, philology, social work, psychology, sociology, and computer sciences.

(The deadline for applications is December 10.)
